This image was captured on an extremely blustery and cold morning in Point Reyes national Seashore. As the wind was taking the sand airborne and I was waiting for the sun to rise I had to weight down my camera as much as possible to keep it from blowing over and to keep it steady enough for a technically good shot. I was rewarded with this image which is one of my more recent favorites from my collection.
